Meet our Learner of the Month for August 2023, Kazimierz Bogusz (Kaz)!
“Kaz has made a huge effort to equip himself with the necessary qualifications to commence working in the disability sector,” said nominator, Mandy Curtis.
“He has been working in the hospitality industry for many years and wishes to change to a sector where he can make a difference in the lives of people with disability. He is determined to present to possible employers the necessary training for the support worker role.”
He shone in the classroom to deepen his understanding by asking relevant questions and sought clarification on any points he wasn’t sure about.
Although nervous at the assessment his performance was flawless. It was evident that he had put in many hours studying.
