What’s the story behind Medecs Learning?
Medecs Learning began after a conversation and meal between friends, Deb Stone and Steve Noone. That meeting brought together clinical practice and professional education and training in the HCSA sector and led to the launch of Medecs Learning on February 1, 2014.
Medecs Learning has grown to be a diverse education and training service in the HCSA sector, including disability support services, residential aged and community care, and acute and primary health. Guided by a talented team of sector-led instructors with a diverse blend of professional clinical practice specialities and sector training experience.
We’ve teamed with service provider organisations, NDIS registered clients, and their support networks across the sector to deliver teaching to over 10,000 support staff (face-to-face and online) the knowledge and skills to support and care for people.
